Still in process but they have just stopped communicating. They have thousands of $ of ours and we are now looking into legal remedies. They are terrible!

Stay away from this company! It has been an awful experience. They don't communicate at all. We too were referred to them by Presidential Pools, they need to go out of business. I wish I could write this review based on the workmanship, but they never completed the job. Horrible company and someone needs to close them down. I could write a book but just read the other reviews, we have had the same issues across the board. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

I am going to write this review and update as we progress thru the process. It would be starting out with 5 stars; however, I can't seem to get Sanctuary Landscape to take my deposit. I realize one of the reviews has CJ as not very good; however, he has been responsive so far. Unfortunately, his business office has not been. Was supposed to get back to me by Friday of last week. Did not call, nothing. I was then told by CJ that they would get to me by the end of this week. That is a full week and a half from contract ... read more

This company is a nightmare to work with! They started my project in mid July and my outdoor kitchen is still not complete. The price charged doesn't even compare to what's been done. The workmanship is horrible. They have had to come back on numerous different occasions to fix the comedy of errors and they still haven't addressed the travertine flooring that needs repair. Ive been fined by my HOA for leaving material in my front yard and today I received a notice from my HOA questioning when the work will be complete. Im lo... read more

I was referred to Sanctuary Landscape by Presidential Pools when I decided to get a pool installed. For all intensive purposes I am breaking this review down per person/department. If you don't have any clue about landscaping or have done a landscaping project in the past I suggest you do some intensive research on your own because every step of the way there was a misstep or problem. This was of course expected to have unknowns pop up. But these problems could have been avoided. 1st Sales- CJ- He looks very knowledgeable an... read more

The backyard they gave us is TOTALLY unlike what it was before. It's a complete 180. We weren't sure it would like as amazing as the 3D rendering but it really blew our minds how perfect it turned out. CJ made a few house visits when we had questions about the type of greenery that would bring it all together. He was very knowledgable about what would and wouldn't work for the image we were going for. A very professional job well done by CJ and the Sanctuary team. We'll be spending a lot of time in this backyard now.

I am having a pool installed Presidential Pools (this is a whole other story), who hired Sanctuary to install the travertine pool deck. After some time, trying to get a scheduled start date, I come home to find sand, and, what they call, aggregate base piled in the streel, partially blocking both mine, and the neighbors driveway. The aggregate base they use is recycled material. This should be material that is 3/4" and less for compaction purposes. What Sanctuary uses is crushed concrete, tile, and broken glass, much of it, ... read more

First off, CJ D**** (our sales rep) was extremely professional and was completely transparent throughout the entire process! He is communicative and highly knowledgeable about the specific needs of his clients and I would highly recommend working with him if calling in. As far as the crew is concerned, they ALWAYS showed up on the day and time they said they were going to! This was extremely refreshing since other landscaping companies we have used in the past showed up for their projects whenever they wanted and never finis... read more

This company and all of their employees took such great care of us and our property! They created a "sanctuary" of a yard out of just dirt. Each of the workers who came out were respectful as well as artistic in the designs we created together. They were here when they said they would be and did such an amazing job! They created walls, walkways, gardens and plant areas as well as planted everything for us. Could not be happier. ****and ****
