Had my first appointment with Dr. Evana and was really happy with the care I received. She was kind, professional, and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed and felt that my health truly mattered to her. Highly recommend Dr. Evana! ❤️
Unfortunately, I’ve found that the staff run late. The clinic opens at 9am and there is no one behind reception at 9.30am. Called the emergency line and the doctor yelled at me for letting him know that there are people waiting. Very very unprofessional. Called reception at 9.32am hoping that someone in the back will hear it, and still no answer. And there were multiple patients trying to call while we were all waiting. How can this be?
I have been very impressed with Dr. Shumaila Yaseen’s professionalism, care and attention to detail. She is an intelligent and systematic GP who takes the time to understand the bigger picture and provides thoughtful, well-planned care.
