Ms. Hellwich has a grounded, knowledgeable approach, that fosters breakthrough, self reflection and stillness throughout the breath of a session. She truly embodies the tenderness of care. There's a cerebral approach, that seems to be individually tailored to me, with the intent of a productive session. This puts me at ease and makes me feel safe.
