Great sense of community and workout program, especially if you prefer group workouts with weekly structure. Supportive staff and members. They only offer the HIIT classes and got rid of Boxing and Yoga and don’t offer any other type of workouts like dancing or spin classes. I really enjoy this fitness studio! I have been a member here for about 3 years and I am always surprised with their creative workouts. if you need a challenging workout definitely go here!
I love going to sanctuary. It is very community oriented. The trainers are very helpful fixing your form and they’re very motivational. All in all, out of all the gyms I have tried sanctuary has been the best whether you go in the morning, evening, or night.
Been a fan of Sanctuary DTLA for years. Enjoy the people, studio, workouts and overall vibes. Front desk people are awesome, coaches are amazing and the 6AM crew are the best! Always look forward to the daily “Sanctuary Moment,” IYKYK.
