Amazing vegan food. Lots of flavor & friendly servers. I can’t wait to return. I had the trumpet mushroom chowder, oyster poboy, and blueberry cheesecake.

My wife and I went here tonight for an early Valentine’s dinner. Even though it was a soft opening they had a full menu. All the food was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the whole place had a great vibe. Definitely a place you go to savor your food. We’ll add this place into our rotation of places to go out to eat at.
We welcome Sanctuary Bistro to Charlotte. Dinner last night delicious and satisfying. Good food, good wine, life is good. We will visit often.
OMG! You should all try this place!! We went to soft opening tonight. Everything from the decor, service and food was 100% spot on. Our server and the owner were both very friendly. The soup du jour tasted just like clam chowder. Charcuterie Plate was a great sampling of yummy things. The Jackfruit Bourguignon with mashed potatoes was perfect winter comfort food stew.
