I lived right next to one of their properties and since I bought my house in 2008, and I must say it has been the worst experience dealing with their tenants and the real estate company that manages the property. The current tenants are always having parties, drinking and blasting their radio during weekdays! I have to knock many times at their door and they disregard my concerns.
