What stood out most was that he didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis, despite me insisting. It’s hard to find genuinely honest people in this industry, and Jose is one of them. I was very pleased with his service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He accessed my vehicle issue and ended up sending me to the dealership for repairs as he found out for me that the part was still under warranty. It is so hard to find honest mechanics now days. Definitely recommend him 100%.
I found Jose a few years back when I had an Issue with my 04 Ram1500 Battery. The dealership wouldn't touch it! Jose found the reason for the parasitic draw and was able to fix it. I haven't had this issue since he fixed it. He also replaced a Drivers side door that got wrecked on this same vehicle. We trust him with all our cars New and old.
