Listed as a provider through insurance. Office was in accurate, texted redundant information several times, so much so that the pertinent information like their ADDRESS change and canceled appointment were lost in the sea of useless texts. Why bother to confirm an appointment at nauseam to the. Cancel the afternoon before the appointment. Drive an hour, went to an old office address. Called and said we needed to come back for the original appointment that they rescheduled to begin with.
NIL...$2,800. 2 crowns (bad fit) 1 root canal that was short; less than 1 min. to remove. Bite off that evening. Mega pain. TMJ/TMD. Waited all week-end with pain. Recorder said go to emergency (REALLY)! On Mon. considered a fill in when other appt. patients taken 1st. I ASKED PATIENTS if they were in pain? 3 THERE SAID NO! Adjustment only on crowns. Worst dentist in the state of Florida. Accepts insurance but doesn’t go by your plan and makes you pay out of pocket for everything
Unfortunately I was unable to meet the dentist. The office staff is awful. Had an appointment, drove 45 min to the office; was told it was cancelled. They were all speaking Spanish in front of me, about me, and I knew what they were saying. When I called them out on this; they said it wasn’t about me, and they apologized. They rescheduled me for two days later, on a Friday. It was an emergent appointment, by the way, and the only place that was accepting new patients that was also covered by my
Really great experience with Dr Sanchez and staff. Dr Sanchez was very gentle and friendly, made sure I was completely comfortable during my entire procedure. Also very fast with my appointments and treatment plan!
In Puerto Rico we say when a doctor is bad, "Doctor del monton". Well, that is what this Dentist is, the worst of the worst. We had to change dentist because of low and lack of service.

Dr. Sanchez is extraordinary! I've been in dentistry for 40 years but being new to Ocala and needing a major repair, I met with Dr. Sanchez and found him to be highly educated and skilled. Great job on my extractions and bridge prep. Follow up in 3 weeks. Can't wait! If you need a dentist, he's your man!
He is very caring and makes the visit, just a little bit easier. His staff is wonderful. I am extremely afraid of dentistry. His office does have a calming affect.
