I received a surgery packet that contained what I needed to know about the surgery and contact numbers for any questions. Also an app to use to provide & receive information. Dr. Janssen took time to explain the procedure & answer any questions. Post surgery & therapy is going great. Thanks to Dr. Janssen & all his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Janssen.
Dr. Janssen is a kind and compassionate Dr. who never rushes you. I have only had positive experiences with him in over the 30 our family has seen him.
All my visits have been very pleasant and helpful to solving my knee problem. My first knee problem occurred in 2015 with surgery in Hendersonville, NC. That surgery was successful but my doctor seemed arrogant and not patient-friendly. So I delayed having surgery on the second knee because I felt that there was a better knee surgeon somewhere else. SportsMed moved me through the system quickly when it was apparent that my condition was urgent. Dr. Dixit explained ace showed me the urgency of my particular situation and scheduled a surgery within a week. The care from the entire team has been amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Dixit and his team because of their skill, compassion, and sense of urgency.
I have suffered from a bad back and neck for about 20 + years. I have had injections for pain for years because I really did not want surgery. When I went to see Dr Dixit he was very straight forward, honest, kind and concern over the shape my neck was in. He made me and my wife feel like I was in good hands. My C3-C4 -C4-C5 had protrusion and narrowing of the spinal Canal. I had a C3-C4 -C4-C5 Fusion and the pain in my neck is almost gone 2 weeks out from surgery.
Dr. Janssen has provided excellent care so far for my ACL reconstruction. I have been well informed throughout the process. At this point in my recovery I have no complaints and look forward to a full recovery.
Dr Dixit did a great job on my back. He explained everything in detail and made sure it was understandable. He gave me an opportunity to ask questions and ensuring he was taking care of me.
Dr. Janssen has been absolutely wonderful. He has kept me fully informed and connected me to a full battery of resources, equipment and expertise with therapist, that will assure my surgical success.
Since my surgery I have felt great. The staff is very nice and helpful and he and his team is great.
