2 surgeries on rt arm and shoulder and rotator cuff with plate in arm. Would not give physical therapy on workers comp and put back to work in 2 months. Arm is all messed up and need surgery again. Had 6 screws and plate get loose and back in surgery to take out 2 months later and then put me back full time no restrictions (truck route driver) in 9 days. Arm is almost useless now. Would not ever go back.Very poor maners and surgen. Even his assistant tried to get me more time. Most people have 6 months off with just rotator ... read more
