Very bad experience the service awful the doctor keep the people waiting 1 hours even with appointments and they don't care rude stuff and doctor
Don’t be misled by the hours listed here. Their business hours are M-Th 9:30-5 (lunch break 12-1)
I was told to come by and pick up my bloodwork paperwork for an appointment. The website and google said that the hours started at 8:30. I came by bus to do the paperwork and no one was there. No one would answer the phone. I received a call back from the receptionist telling me that I can’t see the doctor until I have the bloodwork done. Which is 100% different than any other doctor I have ever scene. Especially since this was my first appointment and there is paperwork to do. I am absolutely appalled
So unprofessional. The staff hardly ever answer the phone. They gave my husband the wrong referral for a specialized doctor, setting his treatment back by months. Knowing the lack of professionalism I experience every time I deal with them, when I miraculously did get ahold of the staff via phone earlier this week, I asked if some paperwork I needed could be emailed to me.
