The best doctor
Truthfully, I don’t understand how this place is still in business if they don’t take their patients seriously. The other reviews aren’t lying! Good luck trying to make an appointment. There’s no point in sending an email or voicemail because no one ever responds. I had to physically go there in person just to get anything handled. They put you in a hold forever WHEN they actually pick up the phone!!!!
Dr. Jose Villagomez is an absolute disappointment, and I honestly don't understand how he became a doctor. His lack of bedside manner is shocking. I had to reschedule my appointment three times in one day because his receptionist kept pushing it back. My final appointment was at 4:20 PM, and once again, Dr. Villagomez failed to call me as promised. When I tried calling his office to follow up, my calls went straight to voicemail. The doctor is great!! However, finding someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment - good luck!!!! I had to go to the office both times I went there to get an appointment. I Called over a dozen of times before then and no one picked up or called back after leaving Voicemail. Their front deck employee sucks and has an attitude!!!
