So unprofessional. The staff hardly ever answer the phone. They gave my husband the wrong referral for a specialized doctor, setting his treatment back by months. Knowing the lack of professionalism I experience every time I deal with them, when I miraculously did get ahold of the staff via phone earlier this week, I asked if some paperwork I needed could be emailed to me. Truthfully, I don’t understand how this place is still in business if they don’t take their patients seriously. The other reviews aren’t lying! Good luck trying to make an appointment. There’s no point in sending an email or voicemail because no one ever responds. I had to physically go there in person just to get anything handled. When I finally got through over the phone and scheduled an appointment, I showed up, only to find out I wasn’t even on the schedule. I had to come back the following week. Dr. Jose Villagomez is an absolute disappointment, and I honestly don't understand how he became a doctor. His lack of bedside manner is shocking. I had to reschedule my appointment three times in one day because his receptionist kept pushing it back. My final appointment was at 4:20 PM, and once again, Dr. Villagomez failed to call me as promised. When I tried calling his office to follow up, my calls went straight to voicemail.
