They have very bad customer service and they sell u cheap jewelry over price golds and jewelry u can buy off Etsy for hundreds dollars less
Wish I read the reviews first, it’s been 4 weeks still have not heard back about custom jewelry lady gave me false phone number that go straight voicemail and doesn’t respond to texts
I went in on August 24 to get me some clip in and clip out teeth that I was getting done for my bday. They told me it was going to be a 4-5 day Turnaround ended up being over to three weeks did not have my item in before my birthday and now they are refusing to give me money because when I came to pick up the teeth after waiting so long past my birthday the teeth were wrong and look at hot mess! It was horrible and I am 100% disappointed but when I get up there today, I can promise you I’m going to get my money back.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Usually there’s one or two bad reviews on a business which says “you can’t please everyone” but no there’s SEVERAL (more than 10) ONE star reviews on this business. Need I say more….
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!! Went to get a grill fixed, they said it would be done the following week. I didn’t hear from them in over a month. I reached out plenty of times but no respond. They didn’t respond until I texted from another number saying I was “buying another grill”. All of a sudden my grill is ready to pickup then. When I picked it up it was worse than when I dropped it off, nothing fit at all then tried to overcharge me. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!
