We never actually saw Dr. Bhatti. Apparently, he is too busy to see his own patients and leaves the office visits to a P.A. We have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to get absolutely no help for the conditions I have. Test after test after test only to be told, 'It isn't that bad'. The pain is sometimes unbearable! The pain management office I was referred to does not answer their phone. It been over 3 years that I have been dealing with this office and I have yet to get any relief or any of my issues resolved.
I was referred, never returned my call. I had to see another Dr. because of my problem, she finally got them to call and make an appointment. He was more concerned about health issues I had years ago. He told me only surgery would help me. It was another three weeks before they called for my surgery scheduled. Have done my per opt and now have been informed they have changed my surgery date to three weeks out because other patients need outpatient care. Dr. Bhatti told me I needed this surgery as soon as possible.
I have had several major surgeries done by Dr. Bhatti. He is exceptional in his expertise, knowledge, caring and soft spoken manner. He listens intently, answers all questions so you understand procedures and expected outcomes. I could not recommend him more. In fact I do when I am able.
Saw Dr. Bhatti for low back pain due to herniated and degenerated discs. He told me twice that if he were to have an MRI that it would show that HE had herniated discs. He said he loves to do surgery, but nothing he could do could help me. He told me he would refer me to an anesthesiologist but never did. He just left the room and went to his computer.
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Bhatti for several years and we are very pleased with him BUT the problem is with his staff. Messages left are not returned. It never used to be this way but the last year or so it has gotten worse. He needs to make some important changes or it will reflect on him (which is to bad). Two weeks ago Dr. Bhatti recommended I see Dr. Ross who is head of Pain Management in this office. I was told that someone would call me but NOTHING. Ron L.
I would highly recommend Dr Bhatti to ANY of my friends or family who require his expertise! From my first office visit, to my pre-op consult to post-op instructions, I knew I was in great hands! He answered any questions I could think of with such professionalism; I never felt belittled, ignored or marginalized. I am one day post-op and am able to stand at my laptop and actually get some work accomplished, which I NEVER thought would happen! Thank you, Dr Bhatti!
