Great customer service!! The woman was so so kind and it was the best dip polish i’ve ever gotten on my hands. they look really good and their so secure on my nails. Thank you!!
Terrible customer service. Called ahead to fit 3 people in and was told to "come now" ...only to find they only had 1 available staff for the 3 of us (who all wanted manicure and gel). 1 person took an hour, so two of us waited...to then have another customer be taken care of before us as we had taken a short break to stretch our legs outside. The one of us that DID manage to get her nails done wasn't even fully satisfied with the end product. Would not recommend. Atrocious.
Called ahead to get my nails done and to come in right away as there was an available space. Waited for an hour in the salon, only for another lady to be put in front of me when I stretched my legs outside and took my place. Terrible customer service, glad I didn’t spend my money here. Don’t go here.
