Good thing I got my deposit back, but the apartment application process was a nightmare. They kept asking for modifications, and it never seemed to end. After wasting my time, they denied me without giving a reason. When I called, they still wouldn’t explain. Total waste of time!
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place to live. Tiffany NEVER EVER will give your security deposit back!! We paid to have our unit professionally cleaned even though it wasn't dirty, we did it to save time moving to our new place. Tiffany claimed that we had lots of issues to fix but nothing was damaged or broken. By law they are supposed to give copies of receipts of things they "fixed", but when we asked she stopped taking our calls and never sent us any proof or documentation. I toured the apartments and the community was nice, very quiet. I was looking to lease the larger two bedroom unit but the application process was weird. I applied for the unit and had to pay a deposit before the application was even processed, and I provided all the documents they requested. I didn't hear from them for over a week. I called to follow up on my application and they denied it without reason. They said "I don't know what happened". They never ran my credit. I guess this was a random decision. This place is not that bad. It's an older complex, and it's not really luxury(to me). The pool and grill area are pretty basic. They do a really good job upkeeping the common areas of the complex.
Giving two stars instead of one because we really enjoyed our experience touring the place and we really liked it. As a prospective tenant, I was told we’d get an answer within a day. After a couple days went by, I called and was told they were still waiting for more info from our employer and current landlord before they could make their decision.
