2025 Sante Fe Hybrid Limited . Purchased a matte finish vehicle which we have learned ( after the fact) is hand wash only. We were told that you could go through a touchless car wash but that’s not true. All four scorpion tires had to be replaced due to balance issues causing front end vibration. Also hear a faint constant ticking on acceleration now. Person doing our finance part of transaction was rude. Not a good car buying experience.
I’ve never once had a bad experience from this car dealership / car service. I’ve been coming for years. I highly recommend.
Transaction was a great experience. Ivan (sales)was knowledgeable, calming and fully available to respond to all questions. No pressure and relaxed attitude from determining what car could be the right one to the completion of the sale and delivery of car . Highly recomend Ivan and the dealership.
It pains me to write a bad review for a business that looks like it does fairly well on here but I reached out to this dealership in particular ONLY because of the online reviews being so high. I was texting with Taylor about an Ioniq 5 N to lease. Immediately, he asked if I am sure I want a N and I responded absolutely positive. Our advisor was very kind and courteous to me when I took my car in for the yearly check up. I waited in their beautiful waiting room for only 90 minutes. However there used to be snacks to munch on while waiting. I guess everyone is trying to cut their costs.
