What I don't like about it, is I just signed my lease at the end of April 2017 and just received a letter on May 1st 2017 that started June 2017 (which is next month) my rent will go up $71 , not $10 or $20 but $71. Thats alot, I know they had to know it was going up before I signed the lease. Last time it jumped up $40 and now $71. Paying $1016 a month is crazy.
