Your experience at this complex completely depends on what unit you get but regardless it is clear that the new owner does not care about the people who rent from him. 1) Many of these apartments have issues with mold due to a past roofing issues 2) washers and dryers are no longer being replaced 3) a halestorm 1 month ago damaged windows none of which have been replaced but instead BOARDED UP 4) the same storm knocked over and destroyed fences in the complex but again none of those have been replaced either 5) everyone has ... read more
I've lived her for over 4years. Im Strongly considering moving out. When I first moved in it was a horrible impression, the place was not very "clean" but my job moved me to RGC on a really short notice and this was one of the few places I could find that actually had a website & the only one that had an immediate availability.
