Great small HOA community in Bonita Springs. Handy to the airport, shopping, dining and about 15 minutes to a lovely beach. Amenities include a large heated community pool, tennis & pickleball, lovely clubhouse, social events and lots of friendly residents. It is not a 55+ so a good mix of neighbors. Awesome “OldMen” A huge group of Wood Storks were noted in the water and on the banks.
Some nice people, some grumpy people, pool is nice when there isn’t a watch dog of snotty people.
