The best customer service I ever experienced very knowledgeable, straightforward outstanding.
I have been here for about 10 years and they are the best! Juan treats his tenants like family and is always available to help out with any issues. They also have a U-Haul on site which is super convenient. The prices are also VERY reasonable and better than everyone else in the area!
The staff is personable and professional. Good to do storage at.
I’ve had some things at this U-Haul in San Ramon for some time now. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile. Staff here is professional and courteous. This establishment is kept clean even the restroom. I don’t feel concerned about leaving my things here in this storage, It’s a safe environment. Thank you so much!
