Excellent. The hygienist was welcoming and thorough. Very pleasant experience. The front desk was warm and courteous.
I have been a patient of Dr Grasso for over fourteen years. His practice and professional demeanor is commendable. When I've been anxious, he has been able to answer my questions and explain my procedures. For those of you who have tight schedules (breathe), not once have I had to wait for my appointment. His staff from Hygienists to Office staff, work as one for their patients. (As a side comment, I enjoy his ambient music in the office. Just saying.)

He is an excellent dentist that cares for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable especially during a new procedure. If you feel any pain, he always wants his patients to let him know. I have been with Joseph A. Grasso, DDS for over twenty years. Believe me that I have tried to visit other dentists in my area of Pittsburg since I moved from Dublin, California 16 years ago. His expertize and quality of care stands out among many.

Dr. Grasso and staff are always awesome! Cleaning was thorough and speedy - in and out in under an hour!
Long time customer. He is very personable. Lots of turnover with hygienists though. Lately appointments have been running late and not answering phones during open hours. Be nice to get a call in advance if behind. Would be good if were open Fridays.
