My experience was good in terms of work, procedures, scheduling, and service. I had 2 experiences that left me desiring more in terms of customer/patient service. The latest concern I experienced was the feedback and energy from the front desk personnel regarding my switch from insurance to paying out of pocket for a procedure. The staff were very nice and professional. The office was very airy, bright, and seating was comfortable. Especially the dentist, she was very patience and explaining what kind of treatment I needed in very clear and easy understanding.

This place used to be awesome…they got rid of some of the front office staff (Michelle was awesome) she abruptly left, it makes sense, has gone down hill in San Ramon.The new girl Maryam is the rudest person I have ever dealt with, she seems to have some sort of issue with Michelle, any mention and she gets bothered. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years, I would not have a job if I treated people this way. She lacks compassion and empathy. I started coming here because everyone is so nice.
