I went there the other day because I was having difficulty finding the parts needed to replace or repair the valves in an old condo a couple of miles away. I went to them because I thought that they'd be familiar with the old style valves. I walked in but I had no luck finding out the manufacturer of the valve body that the condo has in it. Awesome staff and service
This store has a great customer service. I had a water heater that failed within the warranty period. The manufacturer recommend this store for replacement. In this store they were very helpfull, no hassel, quickly they took care of all the warranty paperwork and provided the exact unit I needed.
