I called and spoke with the owner Nancy. She said they don’t have a shop and she is working ‘mobile’ only. I gave her information on the custom piece that I needed. She said she’d get back to me, as she’d be shopping it out to someone else(manufacturer). She never got back to me. If I would have known this, I would have called someone else and not had my project delayed. Poor communication and zero customer service.
Nancy agreed to haul away my old mirror and stated she would be back the following day with a truck. No calls, text or a reply to my voicmails since then. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend
I called them and spoke to Nancy about some glass repair needed she took the information down and never followed back up or reply to voicemails or text messages I don’t think this is a real company
If it felt so wonderful last night damn thank you guys
