RED FLAG: Extremely disappointed with the management at San Paulo.The property itself is okay, but dealing with the management team is an absolute nightmare. Terrible Office Hours: They close at 5:00 PM, which is earlier than most residents even get home from work. The neighborhood is constantly complaining about this, as it makes it impossible to get any assistance if you work regular business hours. One of the positive things about this community is the maintenance team, especially Jose. Jose is a wonderful maintenance technician. He is always kind, respectful, responsible, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and doing his job well.
