I would not recommend anyone San Paulo Apartment Homes. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. There is a big health hazard here which could get people sick, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The units are infested with cockroaches and the staff does nothing about it. Many times I’ve reached out and put work orders in, in order to fix this problem and nothing gets done. It takes the staff days to respond and show up when I submit a work order and when they do they just listen and have no answers for me. They ap... read more
Thumbs up to Omar, the maintenance expert. Omar quickly assessed the problem with my kitchen cabinets and managed to fix the issue in a remarkably short amount of time.

Had a problem with washer. It could take days to fix sometimes. I thought it could be a huge problem again, but Aldo who came this time was very eager to find the problem, and he fixed it very quickly and neatly, I really like when he is assigned for the problems we have.
