Thumbs up to Jose，the maintenance expert，he quickly assessed the problems in entry and living room and fix the issues in a remarkably short amount of time.
The maintenance team here is amazing. They respond to any maintenance request very promptly. They’re always very professional. Jose in particular has always been the best maintenance guy here he’s been here for many many years and has always been very nice and accommodating and professional.
I have been living in San Paulo community for many years. I really love and enjoy living here! This community had always had great services. At this community they always strive to improve and keep up with their growth. The team at San Paulo are very helpful and friendly. Jose at maintenance team is absolutely the best! He is very polite , friendly, and does a great job! All the other members of maintenance team are great. Thank you so much team San Paulo for making me feel at home!
