I love San Patricio came out last week to fix our line down our whole hwy. Was told in person my lights would go out ,even came back to make sure all was ok. My service person was Tyler, great customer service!! You guys roll out the red carpet for your customers!!!
I have had no issues, rarely does the power go out!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Finally was transfered to the general manager who was "out until Monday" and received a call back from the same rude office manager James today. I was told that the GM erased my message because he gets a lot of sales calls, but he was told to call me back and tell me he agrees with him. Ridiculous.
Day or night San Pat is always there when I need them! Great people!
