If you have any shred of human decency you will refund the deposit to the son of the gentleman that lost his life at sea on the ElFaro. Screw your lease. This kind of tragedy should give you good cause to do the RIGHT thing. Have a heart for goodness sakes!!!
Wish I could give you a 0, but it's not available! I hope people read these reviews before renting from you. PEOPLE, DON'T SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE LOWLIVES! If you die, your heirs will have to honor the remainder of your lease! They won't get your security deposit back. OMG, HOW LOW CAN PEOPLE GET?

I dont even live there but rated one star because of the lack of empathy, understanding, and decency clearly portrayed by the owners, managers, and employees. Disgusting example of what's it's like to literally hold a profit margin in higher regard than a human life. They won't return the money because they don't have it. They won't give them the poor guys mail because they threw it away.....But at least they have a lease signed by a dead man that they can hide behind.... PATHETIC
