5 yrs experience here on San Moritz side. Location: < 2 minutes to stores and highways going all over the valley, < 5 minutes to gyms Safety: gate works 95% of the time, active VIP security patrol, friendly neighbors Parking: covered parking, detached garages available, adequate guest parking Staff: Judy is coming upon on 30 yrs here. Juan, Emily, Leslie & Matt have been amazing. They organize fun events for residents too. Maintenance: whole staff has been amazing and prompt
I've lived here for 3 years now and love it. Very quiet, friendly neighbors(at least mine are), grounds and facilities are kept clean year round. Facilities include heated pool, spa, gym, and bbq area. The only complaint I have is that the gym quipment could be updated. Never had any bug issues. I've only had 2 issues with apartment repairs and the handy men were quick to repair same or next day. I can't say enough about how great this apartment complex is. I loved living here. We had some of the best memories here. The staff consistently go above and beyond, making sure every resident feels valued and cared for. I want to give a special thank you to Judy for always going above and beyond and being incredibly helpful and kind. Her dedication to ensuring residents' comfort and happiness is unmatched. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!
Went to check out this community and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Juan especially was very helpful and informative a professional. Beautiful community. Thank you Juan appreciate all your help keep up the great work.
