BEWARE. I signed a lease under the impression I was signing for the apartment I had just viewed as said the leasing agent. Move in day comes and a different leasing agent takes me to a completely different unit. I was unhappy and spoke to management for them to say “sorry” and shrug their shoulders. View your apartment a second time.

I have had a good experience at this complex so far. I moved in about two weeks ago, and from the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Every interaction has been smooth and reassuring, which made the transition much easier. I especially want to highlight Ms. Leslie in the front office. She has been absolutely amazing. I have lived at San Moritz apartments since 2003. The reason I have stayed so long is the fact that I've looked each year at other, newer apartments in the valley and none of them compare to what residents here have. First, the location is perfect to get anywhere in the valley. We are close to the entrances and exits for Summerlin Parkway as well as i95. The entire staff is amazing! The energy is a 10!. Everyone makes you feel like family. Very clean, quite and you have grocery stores close by. Rent from them you won’t regret it.
