I strongly urge you not to move to San Montego Apartments. I moved in 7 months ago and have had a terrible experience. The thinly veiled polite atmosphere that you experience when first looking into the apartment is very quickly replaced with incompetence. I put in a request to have my sink and dishwasher looked at when I first moved in, they sent someone out who claims to have fixed it but never did.
