Making an appointment here does not mean you have priority to see the doctor. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, and the front desk told me I would need to wait 2 hours. I understand waiting times for walk-ins, and I have no problem with that. But if appointments are offered on the website, they should respect people’s time.
