Jaime was excellent! He quickly and thoroughly replaced our corroded faucet. This guy definitely deserves a raise!
Would not recommend living here. The management is unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful whenever issues come up. Staff members act like tenants are a burden instead of addressing concerns properly, and communication is terrible. Overall, a frustrating and stressful place to live — and to make matters worse, there are ongoing problems with rats and roaches.
Great community. And I appreciate Omar for helping with my maintenance requests. My lock was broken and he came to fix it quick. Appreciate it.
Apartment 122, San Mateo: This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience—and we are still currently living with it. We leased an apartment at San Mateo without being informed of a critical issue: multiple HVAC units are located directly above the bedroom. The noise and vibrations are constant and especially disruptive at night, making it difficult to sleep and live comfortably in our own home.
