Apartment 122, San Mateo: This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience—and we are still currently living with it. We leased an apartment at San Mateo without being informed of a critical issue: multiple HVAC units are located directly above the bedroom. Once again, the gardening, maintenance and resident services in San Mateo proved to be the best in the county and this is why I love where I live. They went above and beyond to help me clean leaves off my patio and tidy up the garden next to my studio apartment. Our experience at San Mateo Apartment Homes has been consistently positive. When we needed to move to a different unit for medical reasons, the leasing office staff especially David was extremely accommodating and made the transition seamless, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The maintenance team is just as impressive. We recently had an A/C issue, and Omar responded promptly, identified the problem right away, and fixed it within minutes.
