After living in San Mateo for 10 years, I needed to size down to a smaller apartment in the same community. I have lived in San Mateo for 10 years and I will never move. However, recently I did size down from a two bedroom to a studio and I received amazing assistance from the San Mateo crew. Alejandro and Hamilton, the gardeners, actually climbed over the fence and cleaned my entire new patio for me; Cesar and his magical maintenance crew we’re able to fix everything in just one or two days. I had a great experience with Omar who fixed an issue with my dishwasher and replaced one of my window blinds. The dishwasher in particular took a little bit of time to figure out, but he was willing to sit through multiple wash cycles and order a particular component to get to the bottom of the issue. Both requests were eventually fulfilled with everything working perfectly. I greatly appreciate his diligence and sense of responsibility.
We have been living here for the past 2 years and the maintenance and support team at San Mateo has been nothing short of marvelous ! It is because of such a team that makes our stay here worthwhile. A special shout out to Omar, who has always been very punctual, courteous and efficient in handling any maintenance issues that we face around our apartment.
