Been living here for a few months now and it has been great. Maintenances for things has been great too! One of the maintenance guys, Daniel, has been awesome and takes care of us a ton.
Omar got the job done plus more! Replacing our overworked microwave was no easy feat! We can now live more in comfort! Thank you! Over the years Omar’s gone above and beyond to helping residents here. It’s never an inconvenience to him but a challenge he takes on willingly to serve with diligence, efficiency and with care. I had a wonderful experience with technician Omar who replaced the bulbs and range coil in my apartment. He was extremely professional, efficient, and thorough, making sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really impressed me was that Omar noticed my door was making noise when closing and took the initiative to fix that issue as well, without me even having to ask! I'm very satisfied with his service and greatly appreciate his professionalism and sense of responsibility. Highly recommended!
2025 update Omar is one of the top maintenance people here at San Mateo. He’s always very helpful and efficient which makes any of the problems I have with my apt a walk in the park! ☺️ Move in was super easy. Erika was very helpful and made the whole process a piece of cake. The apartment complex is very pretty and quiet very clean. would definitely recommend to family and friends.
