Huge shoutout to Omar for his amazing help today! Our kitchen sink was badly clogged, but he went above and beyond to get it running perfectly again. He was a pleasure to talk to, explained the issue clearly, and maintained a positive, friendly energy the whole time.

Would not recommend living here. The management is unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful whenever issues come up. Staff members act like tenants are a burden instead of addressing concerns properly, and communication is terrible. Overall, a frustrating and stressful place to live — and to make matters worse, there are ongoing problems with rats and roaches.
