My doctor sent a referral over to this place for me to see a hematologist on July 1. I heard nothing and when I called San Martin they said they never received it. My doctor‘s office even double checked and made sure it was sent. So at the end of July I hand delivered the referral to them. I gave it to the lady in front she said she would make sure she gets it to the referral person. It is now September 4 and I have heard nothing. There’s no excuse for this type of incompetence .
Not a fan. I could give another star or two, but when I had concerns about my husband’s care and their lack of communication, all I got from the nurse navigator was argument. Charisse is in love with the sound of her voice and will only grudgingly give you an opportunity to speak. Her active listening skills are nil. I will do everything in my power NOT to get an Intermountain plan because of the lack of caring we experienced there.
DO NOT Waste your time with these clowns. You never get a call back or even harder to get scheduled. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Kind, well meaning. High turnover in staffing positions. Not timely for appts. At least 15 min wait past appt time.
