One of the things I love about living in Irvine Company Apartments is the fantastic maintenance service. At San Marino, Elisio takes great care of the residents by finding and fixing the root causes of their issues. He is able to then communicate to the residents what the issue is and how his solution fixes it. I greatly appreciate his care and dedication to his craft. I have a lot of respect for all people who take their work seriously and I’m grateful to live here.
We had a minor issue when our shredder started leaking, but the management responded quickly and professionally. The maintenance team arrived promptly and fixed everything. We’re happy with how they handled the situation. Everything is clean and back to normal now. Thank you for the great service!
