I went to get a fast wash. Pushed the $8 wash button and was charged $11. Added fee for tire wash that could not be removed. Like a bait and switch. I backed out. I used to go often took a break. And was disappointed. I won't be back. Soapy Joe's used to be so great.
Dedicated service. I've been a member for at least a year and have consistently received great, friendly service at a fair price. Today, however, they really outdid themselves. I drove in a super muddy off-roader and Maurice and his colleague took it upon themselves to remove every bit of dirt off of my car. I'm a happy customer.
Employees are always courteous here! I've been getting my wife's car as well as mine for 8 months and NEVER have a problem with their facility. They may need to expand a larger area for vacuums though.
WARNING: if you buy the year in advance membership, it is non refundable even if you move out of the county. i am filing a claim with my bank for the charge, filed a complaint with the BBB and will file a complaint with Consumer relations. do NOT buy the year in advance. stick with daily or monthly.
Best $7 self service car wash! If you go thru gas station car washes, then you will love Soapy Joe's. $7 and my filthy beast is clean inside and out!
I'm a member and their brushes are so worn out I've driven my car through 3 times now, and it's still dirty from the snow trip I even had the nice lady last night use the hand brush and still very dirty not happy
