Horrible customer service at this location, there is two or three employees that are good, but this location is the worst out of every Soapy Joe's I've ever been too.

RecommendedFirst time thru and they explained the process was pleasant and loved the vacuums available to clean the inside of car and they give you this cute air freshener
Soap Joes San Marcos is such a great deal. Game changer and life changer. Having a clean car has always been a challenge for me, BUT NOT ANYMORE since soapy Joes has opened. I use both locations San Marcos and Escondido. They have good people working there too.
