The machines in the laundry room are often broken and regularly steal money via the app. External doors are generally in such poor condition that they cannot close. The property managers do everything they can but it is clear that the owners care only about profit and not the people who live here
Applied here through Westside Rentals. Horrible service through Marty and Paul next door from San Remos Apartments. First, dealing with Marty he never returned our phones calls to keep us posted on the application process. Then lied to us about having legal issues with the place we had applied for.
