She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to make sure everything looks and feels perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. I went to Lauralee in a panic. Some of my extensions had fallen out from another salon. She gladly took me in and stayed late on a Friday night to help me out. I never realized how impactful hair loss could be until I experienced mine. It wasn't just cosmetic; it was a loss of me! But with the incredible skill, long experience, and patient professionalism of the very friendly owner, I walked out with my hair "back "... and me. The color match was absolutely perfect. (I could only tell which was my own hair by tugging on it!) The shape, the "fit" and the overall result was more than I expected or hoped for. I am most pleased and have become one very happy grateful customer!
