Lauralee is a genuinely good human! My mom is losing her hair and I drove her to Miami to buy a hair topper from a highly rated store. The topper was expensive and really wasn't what my mom wanted. I contacted Lauralee to see if she could correct the color and cut. She was so helpful. She worked hard to lighten up a very dark hair topper and then cut it so that it would be more wearable. I went to Lauralee in a panic. Some of my extensions had fallen out from another salon. She gladly took me in and stayed late on a Friday night to help me out. I never realized how impactful hair loss could be until I experienced mine. It wasn't just cosmetic; it was a loss of me! But with the incredible skill, long experience, and patient professionalism of the very friendly owner, I walked out with my hair "back "... and me. The color match was absolutely perfect. (I could only tell which was my own hair by tugging on it!) The shape, the "fit" and the overall result was more than I expected or hoped for.
