RecommendedGreat place to live as I have lived there for about two years. Front staff and maintenance always handle my problems in a timely manner. The only downsize are the ones who keep breaking the front gate. Wish they would install a camera to catch those morons.
I love it here. The front office staff are amazing. Kristie and Kim have always helped me out with any issues I have had. Maintenance is reliable, they always come fix any problem the day I send in an issue. they make sure there is no drama, and keep it safe. Be a good tenant, and they will be good to you, not so difficult. Thank you San Marco staff!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Having lived here quite some time, I was evicted for no reason at all. This place is filled with illegal immigrants and criminals. My apartment was next to the noisy highway while everything fell apart inside. I'm not getting a security deposit back for no reason at all. This place is a disgrace!!!!
