This review is for Eduardo, who went above and beyond! We put in a maintenance request because our microwave suddenly stopped working. The response was quick and within the next 2 hours, the maintenance tech, Eduardo, arrived. He identified the issue with our microwave and fixed it quickly! He also noticed our drip pans were in bad shape and he replaced them without us even asking him to. This was so kind of him and we really appreciate the initiative! Thank you Eduardo !
