It is ridiculous that they never answer the phone calls! I have been trying to reschedule an appointment that they canceled the same day of appointment. The Front office was not able to do the rescheduling the same time because as always they have system issues !!!!!! I know that the COVID situation has everybody with their toes on their head, but life still goes, kids still need the regular checkups, vaccines, dentist visits. I mean why is the clinic on no answer phone calls routine!!!!!!
