All of the staff are very helpful and informative. Both Front desk ladies are great! Easy to work with and very pleasant!
Dr. Ballesteros and her staff are really a gem in the medical industry. The front staff and technicians are kind and easy to work with, and Dr. Ballesteros is thorough and detail oriented - you can really tell that your vision and eye health is her passion. I have “20/20” vision, but she went one step further by preparing me a prescription to help reduce strain on my eyes while working on a computer all day. Very friendly receptionists, ophthalmic nurses/technicians, and optometrists! I recently had a routine visit with Dr. Ballesteros and she was so helpful and courteous. She even took a few extra minutes to help discuss contact lens logistics. The nurses/technicians were also so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt as though all my questions/concerns were addressed, and their appointment availability was very reasonable.
