I have received 10+ years of care through San Luis Eye Associates. Their care and concerns have corrected cataracts, stigmatism, and emotional problems caused by aging sight. Dr Baldwin has been all the emansipation specialist with the help of staff. I recommend them highly as Ophthalmology specialists to all needing their expertise. Dr. Joe Horne has been my eye doctor for several years now and while I have no problems, other than needing glasses for close up vision, he has always treated me professionally, efficiently and thoroughly. He is always checking up on the problems for vision created by diabetes and hbp which I appreciate. I still don't like having my eyes dilated but that way he can keep track of any retinal problems that may surface. I highly recommend Joe!
Dr. Baldwin has been my doctor for a number of years now. He is very good and always pleasant and knowledgeable. He has been a great help to keep my vision as good as possible. I highly recommend him.
