I absolutely love this place ! I’m surprised at the bad reviews I read. Working in an office myself I understand policies can be frustrating or when something doesn’t go as we’d like due to policies already in place or restraints to accommodate as much as we’d like it can be difficult as an office as well to accommodate to everyone. Everyone is so nice and understanding in this office, I especially love the PA that sees my baby, always gives me comfort and reassurance to any questions I have. Management needs to replace the lazy person in the front that keeps hanging up on people and not answering the phone. This place is an embarrassment with her as the interface. Pretty sad really.

They never Answer the phone, When I call to get an appointment, they never have anything, the earliest they give an appointment is for more than three weeks regardless of the reason or seriousness of the matter I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy from this facility. Their disregard for their patients' time and well-being is simply unacceptable. I will not be returning and will be seeking a different healthcare provider for my family.
