San Leon Villa Apartments has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The management is unresponsive and clearly selective with their priorities. If it’s about rent, rules, or something that benefits them, you’ll get a response right away. But the moment you need help—like maintenance, noise complaints, or safety concerns—they completely ignore you. The environment is also extremely noisy and chaotic. Alex was great!! So quick friendly and thorough.
Please note this review is ONLY for maintenance. Today Alex from the maintenance team helped us with some issues we had in our bathroom. He was very professional and fixed everything super quick. He didn’t mind having to navigate through our many baby gates either. 10/10 experience.

The worst apartment complex. The house keepers are lazy. The BBQ grills are always dirty, and they keep raising rent annually. Get a better place.
