The worst apartment complex. The house keepers are lazy. The BBQ grills are always dirty, and they keep raising rent annually. Get a better place.

The contracted landscaping company for my community must use more common sense, let alone the expertise, in their work! There are numerous examples for it. Many times, I have noticed the sprinklers are non-operational, the crew skip work or do not show up at all on their shift. When they do, only a cursory job is performed!
