They need to FIX the issues with safety and security. They have no security at the pool. There’s a bunch of people having parties and bringing people who don’t live at the apartment to the pool area. Teenagers doing drugs and smoking weed. It’s horrible. This area is nice and should be kept safe, instead the management is neglecting to take proper precautions, and ensure that rules aren’t being broken by residents.
This picture shows what it's like to live in Irvine with Irvine Company—main concerns are high rent and extra garbage-collection fees, and this is how we live! It's been 4 days since anyone has bothered to clean this mess! It’s embarrassing; I can’t even invite friends or family over. Unfortunately, by mistake I deleted the privouis pictures! **** Irvine company, it’s good to have put up a sign, instead of charging people! Because I know you are charging tenants for this!
The neighborhood is pleasant, people seem to be respectful overall, leasing was fairly straightforward, and maintenance is quick to respond. In particular, Yovany responded to a work order I placed for our dishwasher within the same day. He got our dishwasher back up and running. So far, it’s been a lovely experience living at San Leon!
am sharing this review based strictly on documented facts, and I have attached my invoice and supporting evidence for transparency. I vacated the unit, returned the keys on the required date, and paid all rent in full. Despite this, I am now being asked to pay for additional days without clear or valid justification. The office just keeps saying “sorry,” but they don’t actually help with anything. Every time we ask for maintenance, they say they’ll come, and no one shows up. Feels like they only care about collecting rent, nothing else, finally if you moving don’t think to move to this place .
