These apartments have tight carport spots so me and my neighbor decided to trade our parking so I could park my car next to a wall and make room for everyone and we went to the management office to change the parking on paper and they say they can’t do it, they don’t bother themselves with a little paperwork. My neighbor is leaving and I might not be able to trade the parking with new neighbor because they are too lazy to do their job and I’m gonna have door dings on my car.

They need to FIX the issues with safety and security. They have no security at the pool. There’s a bunch of people having parties and bringing people who don’t live at the apartment to the pool area. Teenagers doing drugs and smoking weed. It’s horrible. This area is nice and should be kept safe, instead the management is neglecting to take proper precautions, and ensure that rules aren’t being broken by residents.
