We recently had a sprinkler system installed that required some significant engineering to accommodate our situation. Jeff, Doug and the crew were able to quickly come up with a plan for installation. They are indeed a " well oiled machine " having worked efficiently and in a timely manner. The crew was polite, professional, hard working and informative. This company was great until this year. Their communication has been terrible this year. We were sent an automated message with a scheduled season sprinkler turn on and maintenance for May 5. With no explanation, another email changed the date to May 29. When we arrived on June 17, the yard was completely dry and yellow. We discovered that the whole system was off. And there had been ZERO communication with us. We called and we were told that some employees had been ill or hospitalized. We can empathize, but it is not that h... read more
They helped us out last year no problem. This year they sent an email saying they would be here on a specific day. We waited around all day and they no showed. We called twice that day and the next and no returned call. We emailed and no email back. Not sure if they are out of business or they just don’t want our business even though we signed up to have our system turned on and winterized each year. Pathetic!
Go to company in the area for all of your residential irrigation needs. We’ve used them for year and the best. Highly recommend!!!
