I went to San Juan Precious Metals for an appraisal on my gold jewelry. This was for a Science project. I met Ron and a woman who I cant remember her name and they were very friendly. They gave me some very valuable information that I am able to use. The store was very clean and organized and they gave me a very nice price for the jewelry!

The owner is not friendly. Extremely poor customer service; in fact, combative. High prices. Surcharge on credit purchases and no-refund policy on cash purchases.
