They were quick. I didn’t have to wait for very long and everybody was incredibly friendly

Doctor was great in person although I don’t feel like my levels were adjusted enough or even looked at. Tried getting a prescription authorized from the Dr to insurance, which took about a month to do. Not only did my blood sugars skyrocket because I was out of this medication, but it took them a month to submit a different RX that would be covered. Feels impossible to get messages through to where I get a response in the portal and calling in is a joke. Going to get referred to someone else because my condition is too life ... read more
