I had to put my big girl Mickie (Rottweiler) to sleep this morning. The staff and doctors at this facility are so compassionate and treat all of their animals with so much respect and dignity. It was not an easy task today, But Dr. Okeefe and his assistant were so gently with my girl. It is a crushing blow to myself and my family, but they were so supportive and helped make this terrible situation a little bit better. I had to have my sweet girl Lola put to sleep Monday. The staff was so compassionate and Dr. Chick was amazing. Thank you for making a horrible situation bearable. I even received a sympathy card two days later with Lola's paw print inside. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. Thank you for your wonderful care.

I have taken all of my pets to San Juan Animal Hospital since I was a very small child. They have always treated my pets with care & dignity as well as with a level of responsibility to administer the best veterinary care any pet owner could ask for in the industry. I recommend them over any other animal hospital in Jacksonville, hands down.
Dr. O'keefe is always very thorough with us and truly c area for our dogs. The wait time is never long even when we walk in.
