We were seated, drink orders made & received quickly. Food also came in 10 ish minutes, but our drinks were never refilled. Arrow con Pollo (rice over chicken with cheese) was dry and had barely any cheese (ordered 2 and both came dry). Once food arrived, we never saw our server again to ask for the cheese. Food was good. The wait staff though did not have it together. At the end, had to go looking for waiter so we could pay and leave. Everyone I saw that worked there was glued to their phones like zombies (4 waiters and cashier). Only tip I left: stay off your damn phone when you’re at work.
Waiter did not pay any attention to us found him sitting on his phone and got our orders wrong food was soaked in grease and was inedible
