We understand Mr. ******** concerns. Part of his story is correct and the other is just a reflection of his frustration. We explained to him our policy on payment and that if he wanted to take delivery of the car that day he needed to sign what is knows as an option contract. He decided not to. He did come the next day and the staff told him that the owner of the car decided not to sell the car anymore. Naturally, we can't sell something we do not own.
